Damage To Respiratory Mucosa
Under normal circumstances, the respiratory mucosa is covered with a layer of pseudostratified columnar ciliated epithelium cells, cilia constantly wiggly, put pathogenic microorganisms, dust outside the body, prevent pathogens from entering the body.Therefore, the respiratory mucosa is an important line of defense against the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. When respiratory tract mucous membrane gets the stimulation from outside undesirable environment ，the respiratory tract mucous membrane will be injured , make it cannot have normal immune protection function, so as to cause respiratory tract disease then.
Environmental Factors
1.Due to the changeable climate and large temperature difference between day and night, it is easy for the temperature in the house to rise and fall suddenly, and the chickens are frequently subjected to environmental stress, resulting in decreased disease resistance and favorable conditions for virus invasion.
2.Chicken house is ventilated bad,and the concentration of poisonous and harmful gas(ammonia gas, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide ) inside the house is too high, easy to make the chicken flock get sick .
3.Long light time and proper temperature are suitable for the growth and reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms.
4.The air is dry in the chicken house , and the dust and droplet fly randomly, easy to produce damage to the chicken respiratory tract mucous membrane.
5.Broiler chickens do not expand group in time, raising density is too high, also easy to cause disease.
Immune Factors
1.Latent infection of mycoplasma disease or Newcastle disease, H9, infectious bronchitis, infectious laryngotracheitis and other viral diseases, incorrect vaccination and poor vaccine immunity, easy to cause infection.
2.When chickens are vaccinated in a sub-healthy state, they can easily cause respiratory diseases and lead to escherichia coli and mycoplasma infection if they are not treated properly.
3.The layer chickens being varing degrees of fatigue after the hot summer and long-term egg production ,making the immunity weakend and causing diseases.
4.The immunosuppressive diseases ,such as infectious bursa disease, leukemia, reticular endothelial hyperplasia, malik's disease, infectious anemia, reovirus disease ,etc, can destroy the immune system of chickens.
Recommended Dosage &Usage:
1. Add 100g of this product into 100-150kg feed and stir evenly,or dissolve it in 200-250kg water ,use continuously for 3-4days.
2. Add 300g of this product into 250-300kg feed and stir evenly,or dissolve it in 500-750kg water ,use continuously for 3-4days.
Cautions:
1.Make the poultry drink water containing this product or take food mixed with it no less than 6hours a day.
2.Use it with caution ,if the poultry under 10-day-old of age .
3.This product can not be fed directly to livestock and poultry.
